If you’re looking for a cheap and proven diet pill, nothing beats the always reliable best ECA stack combination. Made up of a specific ratio of ephedrine to caffeine to aspirin, this stack is a powerful thermogenic that is clinically proven to help you lose an average of 26 pounds per year. One participant in a clinical trial conducted by Harvard University researchers actually lost 145 lbs in just 13 months using an ECA Stack! You might not see results that extreme with your own diet plan, but you can get yourself started on the right foot by picking the best ECA Stack supplement product to use.
There are dozens of options to look at when purchasing a combo ECA Stack diet pill or fat burner. First, you can choose from herbal ephedra, guarana, and white willow bark versus pure ephedrine HCL, anhydrous caffeine, and synthetic aspirin. You can also decide to go with an EC Stack without the Aspirin instead. Next, you have to find the right dosage for your weight loss goals and to match your personal diet plan. Then you need to decide whether to use a supplement with additional ingredients like yohimbe or synephrine. And finally, you have the choice of buying the ingredients separately or purchasing a pre-designed pill that gives you everything you need.
So how do you determine what the best ECA Stack is for you? We will be looking at four of the most popular ECA weight loss products that are legal in the USA and comparing those to the option of just building your own stack from pure ingredients. In this article, we will break down five areas of consideration and help you rate products according to this valuation system. Finally, we’ll give you our personal choice for which alternative is best and give you some pointers on how to use it. Sound good? Let’s begin!
What Is an ECA Stack?
Briefly, an ECA Stack is any combination of ephedrine, caffeine, and aspirin used to boost the metabolism and lose weight. The stack works so well because each of these compounds amplifies the fat-burning capacity of the others. Ephedrine causes your body to expend more calories through thermogenesis – the natural process by which you convert stored energy into body heat. Caffeine makes this conversion even more efficient by increasing the presence of the adrenergic hormone norepinephrine which breaks down adipose tissue (AKA fat) into readily available fatty acids. Aspirin further aids this process and increases blood circulation which promoted improved fat mobilization from “stubborn” areas such as the hips and thighs. Studies have shown that you can burn weight twice as fast with an ECA Stack than with pure ephedrine HCL on its own.
ECA Supplements For Sale
Hundreds of weight loss supplements have borrowed the ECA formula over time since it is so well known to produce dependable results. But among the stiff competition, five of the best-selling products are: ECA Xtreme, Roxylean ECA, Lipodrene, and Green Stinger with Ephedra. The fifth option is to buy pure ephedrine HCL and caffeine separately and build your own homemade stack so to speak. We will herewith review these products based on the following information: Product Claims, Price, Other Ingredients, and Ephedra Dosage.
ECA Xtreme: This supplement makes some pretty bold claims declaring, “Better than ever, ECA Xtreme Stack is the most requested weight loss supplement in history.”
Roxylean ECA: Says the makers of this product, Roxylean “is a blueprint of the ECA model. This is an extreme synergy of catalysts and blood activating agents that make RoxyLean ECA™ unlike many weight loss products available in stores today.”
Lipodrene with Ephedra: Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals says that “Most Lipodrene users report up to a 42% reduction in total body fat!”
Green Stinger with Ephedra: Accoding to Schwarts Labs, “Green Stinger is the strongest ultimate blended fat burner ever made for the ultimate weight loss results! Each unique ingredient in Green Stinger works together to help drop those extra pounds fast and finally rid unwanted body fat!”
ECA Stack: Since there are several different suppliers you can use to buy pure ephedrine HCL, we won’t look at specific manufacturer claims. But we will consider the research results: According to studies analyzed by the Journal for the American Medical Association, the ECA Stack is purported to cause 2.2 pounds of average weight loss per month. Added up over a year, that could amount to 26 total pounds of fat loss.
ECA Xtreme: This stack sells for $34.99 with 90 capsules in a bottle. The recommended dosage is one capsule taken three times a day, so a single bottle will last you approximately one month.
Roxylean ECA: BPI’s Roxylean comes in at $32.29 per bottle with 60 pills in a single bottle. That means you would go through 1.5 bottles a month, costing roughly $48.50 per month.
Lipodrene: Original Lipodrene has an MSRP of $69.95, though it retails for an average of $39.95 with 100 tablets per package. That means it will cost you about $35.95 per month.
Green Stinger: The most expensive product of the bunch, Green Stinger with Ephedra sells for $49.99 with 120 pills per bottle. On a monthly rate that means $37.49 spent.
ECA Stack: Prices will vary depending on how much you use and who you buy from, but a typical ECA cycle with Kaizen plus caffeine will require three bottles of 8 mg ephedrine HCL and half a bottle of caffeine. Total cost of $28.85 per month when buying in bulk.
ECA Xtreme: The ECA Xtreme stack gives you a proprietary blend of 557.5 mg of compounds known as Thermo-Rx® and Extend-Rx. While the actual formula and amounts are a trade secret, they do tell us that each pill comes with Acacia Rigidula and 50mg Phenylethylamine Alkaloids, 15mg of Synephrine HCL, Theobromine, 45mg ECGC from Green Tea Extract, Hoodia Extract, Naringen and Yohimbine HCL. This is a pretty exhaustive menu of thermogenics and fat burning compounds, giving you well-rounded energy as well as appetite suppression.
BPI Roxylean ECA: In addition to the ECA, you also get Citrus Limonum, Adhatoda Vasica, Pausinystalia Yohimbe, Hydrastis Canadensis, Salix Alba, Scutellaria Baicalensis, and Rauwolfia Serpentina. Except for Yohimbe, these are less well-known herbal ingredients that have not been tested clinically so there is no way to give a decisive opinion on their effectiveness. The presence of Yohimbe bark is a bit of a deterring factor since pure yohimbine is considered much safer than yohimbe extract in an ECY Stack.
Lipodrene: You will find Acacia Rigidula Extract, MethylSynephrine, Phenylethylamine, Synephrine , Theobromine, Green Tea Extract, Hoodia Extract, Cassia Noname Extract, Naringen, 6,7,Dihydroxybergamottin, 5-Methoxytryptamine HCL, L-5-Hydroxytryptophan, and Yohimbe HCL all packed into every Lipodrene pill.
Green Stinger: This fat burner uses something called YohimatrixT ECY as part of it’s ingredients. It also includes Citrus Aurantium 30% Synephrine Extract, Acacia Rigidula , Phenylethylamine HCL, Theobroma CoCoa , Green Tea Extract with 45% Epigallocatechin Gallate (ECGC), Yohimbine HCL, Alpha-Yohimbine, and 11-Hydroxy Yohimbine. As you can see, Green Stinger, ECA Xtreme, and Lipodrene all have fairly similar ingredients just in different proportions.
ECA Stack: Obviously, when buying the pure control and building your own stack you won’t be getting any other ingredient unless you decide to add them yourself. Some people like to design their own stack while others just use ECA on its own. It’s really your choice – though remember that adding more stimulants can increase the rate of side effects without necessarily improving weight loss results.
Ultimately, when looking at ECA Stacks for sale, what should matter the most is how much ephedra they contain. But not just any ephedra will do: you need to maximize the amount of ephedrine alkaloids since this is the active ingredient that causes weight loss. Some types of ephedra have smaller doses of ephedrine and these should be avoided. Other ephedra extracts no ephedrine in them at all and are simply not worth your money.
ECA Xtreme: This fat loss supplement gives you an unspecified amount of ephedra extract which means no ephedrine in here.
Roxylean ECA: While Roxylean markets itself as an ECA Stack, if you read the ingredients closely it doesn’t actually have any ephedra! Next.
Lipodrene: The Original Lipodrene did give you 25 mg of ephedrine alkaloids, but it has now been discontinued. Replacement pills contain 25 mg of ephedra leaves extract so you aren’t actually getting ephedrine in this stack.
Green Stinger: This product goes so far as to point out that they use real ephedra sinica in every pill. Unlike ephedra nevadensis and ephedra viridis which do not contain ephedrine alkaloids, ephedra sinica does. However, if you take a closer look you will notice that Green Stinger is ephedrine-free.
ECA Stack: When you buy pure ephedrine HCL you can be guaranteed that you’re getting ephedrine alkaloids. The typical pill dosage is 8 mg per tablet which is low, but you can take several pills at once to make up for the difference. In fact, a low dosage might be better for allowing you to cycle and scale your stack, starting with a smaller dose to build tolerance and prevent side effects.
The Best ECA Stack Is…
If you want to use a true ECA Stack to help you lose weight, there really is only one option: buy ephedrine on its own and then combine it with caffeine separately. Other pills that claim to give you an ECA Stack formula often do not contain ephedrine alkaloids and in some cases have no ephedra at all! This is because of the legal requirements in place within the United States under the FDA. You cannot buy ephedrine in a pre-formulated weight loss product at all. Instead, it has to be purchased independently as a nasal decongestant or asthma reliever to make your own stack at home.
